Post shoulder surgery issues! HELP!?

I had shoulder stabilization surgery on March 5th, 2010. I had physical therapy for about 3 months after that. I started swimming competitively on my varsity high school team about 5 and a half months after getting surgery that required 4 sutures in the front of my shoulder to stop my shoulder from slipping out of the ...socker (it fe...ll out RIGHTwhen I went under) BIG MISTAKE! Throughour the season I had pain all the time. The season ended mid November and I haven't swam competitively since. I went to the doctor in February and I have biceps tendonitis and got a cortisone injection into the tendon. I have been getting physical therapy since the second week in March and it sucks! I have a pinched nerve in the back of my neck now that hurts and theres pain radiating down to my lower shoulder blade and my fingers feel weird. My physical therapist told be that I had a pinched nerve btw. Have any of you guys gone through this?! How'd you deal with it???
