Is this Dslr deal worth the upgrade? Olympus 4/3 system?

Does the 510 have better image processing/lower noise at higher ISOs? If so, I think you should pounce. It makes even more sense if you can be convinced to sell the 500 and the lens. (Sell them separately, of course!)
