Idaho National Guard for inactive reserve time?

So as every military member knows your actual service term is eight years. I am in aviation and have a six year contract with the two years inactive reserve. What is Idaho National guards policy for prior service. Can I serve two years with them as my inactive reserve and what is their stabilization policy for prior active duty? Just exploring my options thank you for any information.
