Education reenlistment incentive program?

I just reenlist for stabilization at my current post and part of my reenlist contract included the education reenlistment incentive program which allows to me only work half days and go to college in the afternoon at night. I just wanted to know if I had to take college classes on post or would I be able to travel an hour or so to a better college to take classes? Thanks.
